Head of Structured Products Joseph Naggar is a Partner and part of the Structured Products Team. Mr. Naggar joined from Morgan Stanley where he spent 12 years in various capacities related to the CDO and correlation markets, including most recently as a Managing Director in the Global Principal Credit Group responsible for CLO trading and high yield loans. He also ran global trading and US capital markets for CDOs and served as a senior CDO structurer at both Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in the late 1990s. In between, Mr. Naggar led the CDO and correlation trading effort at Swiss Re Financial Products during the early development of those markets. Mr. Naggar holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Business with a concentration in Financial Engineering and a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University in Mechanical Engineering through the University Scholars program.  Vanitha Milberg
Director, Structured Products Prior to joining GoldenTree, Ms. Milberg was a Director in the Global Collateralized Debt Obligations Group at Deutsche Bank where she was responsible for the global distribution of CDO senior notes and equity. Prior to that, Ms. Milberg worked in the Global Structured Products Group at Merrill Lynch where she structured high yield and emerging market CDO transactions. Ms. Milberg holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University.  Elena Miteva
Treasurer, Structured Products Prior to joining GoldenTree, Ms. Miteva spent seven years at Morgan Stanley where most recently, she was an Executive Director responsible for origination, structuring and marketing of CDOs and other related structured products. In this capacity, Ms. Miteva worked on a number of innovative transactions. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Miteva was a structurer in the ABS/CDO group at Prudential Securities. Ms. Miteva holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Bentley College Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in International Economic Relations from the University for National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Structured Products Associate Prior to joining GoldenTree, Mr. Sarabi was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in the Structured Products Group where he was responsible for structuring and marketing CLOs and various other structured credit trades. Prior to that, Mr. Sarabi was an analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Mortgage derivatives group responsible for trading and structuring CMOs and IOs/POs. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sarabi was a member of Wells Fargo's Capital Markets team responsible for Fixed Income portfolio analytics. Mr. Sarabi graduated from UC Berkeley with a BS in Mathematics and Statistics.  Michael Winderman
Director, Structured Products Prior to joining GoldenTree, Mr. Winderman was an Associate at UBS Warburg in the Structured Products Group responsible for marketing and structuring CBOs and CLOs. Before joining UBS Warburg, Mr. Winderman was an Associate in the corporate department at the law firm of Latham & Watkins where he represented underwriters and issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Mr. Winderman is a graduate of The Fordham University School of Law. He received a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University. Mr. Winderman is a member of the New York Bar.  Dai Yu
Prior to joining GoldenTree, Mr. Yu was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in Morgan Stanley's Global Proprietary Credit Group where he was responsible for trading both CLO debt and equity and researching relative value opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Yu was an Analyst at Citigroup working for the firm’s Municipal Proprietary Trading Desk and Municipal Derivatives Trading Desk. Mr. Yu graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science with Concentrations in Finance and Computer Science.  |
